1) Return (when and how)

You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. You can return it without reason within those 14 days. (see detailed information in our terms and conditions) Send us an email that you want to return it. Send the article back to Lirefi Living (address is at the bottom of our homepage). As soon as we have received the item, you will receive the purchase amount back to your account. (excl. shipping and return costs)

2) My order arrived broken

In that case, please contact us directly. If the item is in stock, we will send it to you. If it is no longer in stock and can no longer be ordered, you will receive your money back. (we may ask for a photo of the item for insurance purposes)

3) My order has not arrived

Let us know by email. We will look into this for you and look for a solution.

4) What payment methods are there

You can easily pay via IDeal, VISA, Paypal and Apple Pay.

5) How can I place an order

You go to the item you want and click on the "add to cart" button. This will automatically end up in your online store. Do you want to continue shopping? Then click on "return to store". When you are done shopping, go to your online shopping cart and all the items are ready for you.

6) How do I know if something is in stock

At the bottom of the product page it is described how many items are still in stock. If an item is sold out, it will say "sold out" below it. If it is no longer available, this product will disappear from the list.

7) My address is not recognised

This sometimes occurs with houses in new construction projects, as the addresses are not yet known to, for example, PostNL. We recommend that you enter a different address once (for example, with friends or family or at work).

8) What is the delivery time

We use a maximum of 2 to 3 working days for delivery. In general, however, we ship orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. on the same day. Depending on how busy the delivery service is.

9) What are the shipping costs

We ship via DHL and the costs for a standard package are €4.95 (this applies to packages up to 10 kg with dimensions of 80 cm by 50 cm by 35 cm). If the package weighs more than 10 kg (with a maximum of 20 kg), but with the same dimensions as described above, the shipping costs are €8.95.
